We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Lawyer to join our team at Reed. As a leading recruitment agency, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients and candidates.

The role will involve a range of conveyancing matters, including:

  • Residential and commercial property transactions
  • Freehold and leasehold conveyancing
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Land Registry applications

As a Conveyancing Solicitor or Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including individuals and businesses, and to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
  • Prepare and review legal documents
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders
  • Meet deadlines and manage workload effectively

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with experience in conveyancing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
