Job Title: Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.

About the Role:
  • Manage a 58-bedded care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Develop and lead a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to provide exceptional care.
  • Work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the home meets regulatory requirements and provides a high level of care.
  • Manage and work towards budgets, ensuring the home operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and promote the home as a brand.
Requirements:
  • Nurse qualified with experience in managing a similar-sized care home.
  • Passionate about dementia care and committed to providing high-quality care to residents.
  • Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance with CQC requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with local authorities and build new contacts.
