As a key player in the UK anaerobic digestion/biogas sector, Astute People is seeking an experienced Head of Projects to shape and drive critical initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of project managers and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team of project managers to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery
- Providing strategic direction and managing risks to avoid project delays
- Overseeing resource coordination and third-party management
- Developing project plans and implementing commercial frameworks
- Collaborating with senior teams to create and maintain project strategies
- Extensive project management experience with multi-million-pound projects
- Expertise in commercial framework implementation
- Background in heavy process industries, ideally anaerobic digestion or energy from waste
- Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and commercial awareness
