Job Summary

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care delivery.

Person Specification

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
