Commercial Insurance Executive Role
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Executive to join our team at Insight Select, an independent insurance broker.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and retention rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a new business role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of business development and revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
