Sales Support Coordinator – Manufacturing Sector

Are you eager to become part of a company renowned for delivering exceptional products for prestigious projects? Our client is looking to enhance their Sales support team by welcoming a new member to collaborate with five other committed team members. If you excel at overseeing sales processes from inception to completion, this role presents an ideal mix of challenge and opportunity.

In this position, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the sales operations workflow, from crafting initial quotes to managing administrative responsibilities and ensuring prompt delivery to clients. By taking ownership of these tasks, you will empower our remote sales team to focus on acquiring new business without the encumbrance of order management.

The perfect candidate for this role should exhibit traits such as initiative, exceptional organizational abilities, and a talent for juggling multiple tasks. Your daily responsibilities will encompass communication with suppliers, production teams, customers, and sales representatives, while swiftly addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and Management of Quotations
  • Order Processing through to deliveries and customer assistance
  • Maintaining Data Accuracy consistently
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Procurement and timely delivery of materials
  • Effective collaboration with other Departments
  • Management of CRM databases
  • Providing administrative support for various projects, sales reports, and marketing initiatives

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong prioritization of workload
  • Experience with Sage 200, Sage CRM Software, or comparable CRM Software
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
  • Team-oriented with adaptability and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
  • Friday: 8:45am-4:30pm

Salary: £28,000 (dependent on experience)
