About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Caring for Communities and People (CCP). As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to young people living in our supported accommodation home in Stroud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with the individuals you support, using a trauma-informed approach.
  • Promote the rights and interests of the young people, protecting them from danger, harm, or abuse.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.

  • A competitive salary of £24,990 based on 39.375 hours a week.
