Job Title: Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our UX Team at AJ Bell. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our overall design strategy, influencing decision-making at senior levels, and leading the strategic planning of design initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design of award-winning platforms, working closely with the UX Lead and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to drive design decisions and strategy.
  • Conduct comprehensive usability testing and research to inform design decisions.
  • Communicate design ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support.
About You:
  • Naturally creative and confident in your design abilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about UX and committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a UX role, with expertise in prototyping software and user psychology.
