Imperial College London Activities Coordinator (Finance)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator (Finance). This critical role plays a key part in delivering the Students' Union's strategic objective of fun and inclusive communities through support, development, and empowerment of student-led groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training relating to financial processes and support student leaders in managing their finances effectively.
  • Process financial documentation and coordinate finances associated with club and society activity, annual and event budgeting in conjunction with colleagues in the finance team.
  • Support the Activities Manager, elected Officer Trustees, and the wider Activities Team in delivering a high-quality support service for student-led groups.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, with a methodical approach to managing information.
  • Sophisticated interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate with autonomy and balance competing priorities.
  • Personal experience of supporting the administration of financial processes and a commitment to empowering student leaders.
