About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team at Peregrine, a prestigious aerospace and defence company. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative hardware engineering solutions for cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities
  • Execute complex hardware design tasks in tandem with hardware development plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct hardware requirements capture, preliminary design, and detailed design, including analysis tasks, to meet project requirements.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Deliver design artefacts in accordance with company and industry standards, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines within an integrated team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications

We require a degree or HND in electronics engineering or equivalent, along with proven experience in hardware electronics engineering. Knowledge of digital and/or analogue electronics technologies, as well as experience with engineering development lifecycle from concept to product certification, is essential.

Preferred Skills

Mentor Graphics Expedition Enterprise, Signal Integrity tools, System development tools, Analogue simulations, and Requirements management tools are highly desirable.
