Job Opportunity for a Registered Manager
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the UK.
This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live independently.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £40,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans
- Manage staff performance, training, and development
- Collaborate with external partners to achieve outstanding results
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Passion for delivering high-quality person-centered care
