Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the maintenance and administration of the Management System.
  • Provide effective administrative support and work on project-based tasks to develop the IMS system.
  • Document control on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Act as a support function and helpdesk for queries related to the Audit Management System.
  • Complete change management documentation as required and work to deadlines.
  • Input data effectively and competently to several different systems.
  • Assist with the documenting of insurance claims and maintain a compliance calendar.
  • Administer the sub-contract and Supplier Selections process and maintain Asset Registers.
  • Liaise with the COO/SHEQ and External Specialist as necessary for advice.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within an Engineering industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
