We are in search of a Self-employed Logistics Operator or a Self-employed Owner Operator who possesses a robust work ethic, is adaptable, and is willing to exert effort independently.


Compensation for Self Employed Logistics Operator:

  • Daily earnings for small vehicle - £115.80
  • Daily earnings for large vehicle - £128
  • Vehicle rental cost is £210 weekly, inclusive of insurance

Owner Operator Compensation:

  • Daily earnings for small vehicle - £162.00
  • Daily earnings for large vehicle - £175

Working Hours:
  • Shifts commence between 10.30am and 11.30am
  • Up to 9 hours of work per day across 5 days, Monday to Friday, including at least one weekend day every other week

Training:
A comprehensive introduction followed by two days of practical experience with a senior operator.

Training remuneration is £108 per day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily loading of personal or rental vehicle
  • Managing a high volume of deliveries through a structured onboarding process
  • Following standard operational procedures consistently

Requirements for Operators:
  • A valid UK Cat B Driving licence (manual)
  • No more than 6 penalty points on the licence
  • A minimum of 2 years of driving experience is required
  • The driving licence must reflect the current residential address
  • Physical fitness is necessary to manually load parcels weighing up to 25kg
  • Ability to provide various documents for identity verification
