The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our growing Real Estates Team, working primarily within the Charity Property area of law. The role offers flexibility, with the option to be based in our Bath or Leeds office. Occasional travel to other locations or off-site may be required to meet client demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an individual caseload, with supervision where necessary.
- Attend to clients in the office or elsewhere, as required.
- Work collaboratively within the Team and wider Firm environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Maintain continuing professional development requirements and stay up-to-date with knowledge in the field of law.
- Deliver high-quality work, adhering to Firm standards, procedures, and core values.
- Attend Team meetings and contribute to preparation.
- Participate in marketing and business development events and activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Property.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on simpler transactions, with guidance available from senior members of the Commercial Property Team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to hit the ground running.
- IT literacy, including Office 2010.
Reporting
The post-holder will report to the Head of the Real Estates team.
