About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate and efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and implement process improvements to enhance store performance and customer experience
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
