Facilities Management Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Facilities Management Systems Administrator to enhance our facilities management operations. Your primary role will involve delivering essential asset data to facilitate business functions and ensure compliance. This position demands a thorough understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and the capability to provide customer-oriented solutions. You will collaborate with a broader information management team to capture, organize, document, and maintain asset data across our facilities management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with engineering teams and service providers.
  • Ensure that all engineering documentation complies with our validated Electronic Drawing/Document Management System.
  • Follow established procedures and standards to manage Asset Information efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and address specific challenges and opportunities.

Core Duties:

  • Assist the Asset Information Team in presenting information in a user-friendly manner.
  • Provide expertise on CMMS records and their organization.
  • Create and maintain records and maintenance schedules.
  • Generate necessary reports from the system.
  • Conduct general system administration and planning tasks.
  • Deliver technical support as required.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient IT skills with a strong command of the MS Office suite.
  • Significant experience working with CMMS.
  • Organized work style with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and database management.
  • Knowledge of change management, revision control, and document status.
