Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Social Housing Site Manager to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social housing projects, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishment schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appraise RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)
  • Arrange and complete inductions for site personnel
  • Carry out weekly inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned
  • Manage subcontractors and direct labour teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • Hold a valid 1st Aid Awareness certification
  • Hold a valid Man Handling, Working at Heights, and Asbestos Awareness certification (can be taken online)
  • Have experience working in social housing and on kitchen and bathroom schemes

What We Offer:
