About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with dementia and other health conditions, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Implement care and treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Use manual handling equipment to support patients with mobility issues.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in healthcare, preferably in a care or nursing setting.
  • Experience with manual handling equipment is essential, with training provided for the right candidate.
  • Right to work in the UK and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
