Team Leader (CNC Engineering) Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our manufacturing team in Trafford Park. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our machine shop.

About the Role
  • Supervise and develop a team of engineers to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure 100% quality and accuracy in production
  • Champion a continuous improvement culture within the team
  • Conduct area audits and implement corrective actions
  • Manage staff attendance and development
Requirements
  • Team Leader experience in a similar environment (CNC background)
  • Completed an engineering apprenticeship
  • Good understanding of engineering practices and methods
  • Knowledge of powder metallurgy processes and machining methods
What We Offer
  • Salary up to £41,000
  • Overtime available (not guaranteed)
  • 25 days holiday, plus 8 days bank holidays
  • Life assurance of 4 times annual salary
  • Flexible holidays (purchase or sell) x 2
