About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality food and dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure that our residents' nutritional needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
