Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Clinical Director to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience at Senior Management level, including managing change and working with budgets. They will also have a good understanding of rehabilitation approaches and experience of setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
The role will involve working with patients who exhibit challenging behaviors and require advanced interventions. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports at senior management level and working with patients within a neuropsychiatric unit or with complex physical health needs.
