The Role

The successful candidate will join our Secure Services Team, establishing and maintaining the Secure Services offering for multiple clients, primarily underpinned by Microsoft 365 based collaborative technologies. Each tenant delivers an independent working environment capable of wider sharing and collaboration across all customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize Office 365 services, including Intune and MDM Administration, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Manage and support a growing client and user base (currently 1500 users), which is expected to double within the next year.
  • Configure and monitor Office 365 ATP and DLP, as well as security monitoring and logging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support within an ITIL environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in the design, execution, and optimization of Office 365 services.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a Service Desk environment.
  • Strong customer focus and customer service attitude.
  • Strong personal organizational skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in utilizing Power BI, Forms, and Power Automate to gain business benefit.
  • Awareness of emerging Azure services and Microsoft roadmap.
