Job Title: Programme Security Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Programme Security activities and team.
  • Accountable for the Physical, Personal and Procedural security measures within the Programme.
  • Develop and maintain policy documents relevant to the customers' requirements.
  • Deliver Contractual security requirements, Security Management Plan (SMP) and Security Aspects Letters (SAL).
  • Arrange and manage the initial, & thereafter annual, briefings, security education and awareness training.
  • Liaise with key UK Government Agencies, Defence Contractors & VBSE Security Manager to determine contract security requirements and delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for security related questions to the Programme and act as the focal point for Security.
  • Manage Security audits conducted by the Defence Equipment & Support Principal Security Advisors' Organisation.
  • Investigate alleged breaches in Programme Security where they are related to Customer Contract Security Policy and contracts.
Requirements:
  • CISSP or ISO27001 lead auditor or NCSC Certified Cyber Professional.
  • Industry experience within a Security team.
  • Must be capable of achieving DV Security Clearance, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification.
  • HMG SPF & MoD publication knowledge and implementation experience.
  • Physical Security and ISO Lead auditing experience.
  • COMSEC experience.
  • Successful evidence and Experience of Preparing, Implementing & Maintaining Authorities Contract specific Security Artifacts, Accreditation requirements and Security Operating procedures.
