We are seeking a highly skilled Company Commercial Lawyer to join our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our commercial law department, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, preparing shareholder agreements and partnership agreements, and providing general company law advice.

This is a part-time role, ideally 3 days per week, but we are open to negotiation. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of commercial law topics and develop your expertise in this area.

We are looking for someone with experience running their own caseload of commercial work. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements after a probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
  • Preparing shareholder agreements and partnership agreements
  • Providing general company law advice
  • Managing a caseload of commercial work

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial law
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of commercial work
