Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular maintenance on high-speed semi-automated machinery.

  • Executing preventive maintenance tasks to guarantee optimal equipment functionality.
  • Working closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance schedules that minimize production interruptions.
  • Recording maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive measures.
  • Engaging in training initiatives to remain informed about emerging technologies and maintenance practices.
  • Contributing to the formulation and execution of maintenance protocols aimed at enhancing equipment performance and dependability.

Qualifications:

  • A mechanical or technical background is essential.
  • Proficiency in maintaining automated pneumatic and cam-driven assembly systems.
  • A foundational level of computer skills is required.
  • NVQ Level 3 certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • If you possess a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, this role may align perfectly with your skills.
