About the Role:

As an MET Technician at Steer Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Working on a variety of vehicles, including cutting-edge electric and hybrid models, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and replacements, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment.
  • Safely dismantle vehicles for panel repairs.
  • Identify faults and determine necessary repairs.
  • Efficiently order and manage replacement parts.
  • Ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations during reassembly.
  • Work closely with your colleagues to maintain clear communication on repair progress.

About You:

You are an experienced MET Technician with a solid background in accident repair, passionate about delivering exceptional work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle your workload efficiently, and always aim for the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven expertise as an MET Technician, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
