Job Summary

We're seeking Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team in Headington, Oxford. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their best lives at home. You'll provide assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship, helping our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to help reduce feelings of loneliness
  • Transport clients to appointments and social activities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and care

Requirements
  • Ability to work in Headington, Oxford, and commute between clients' homes
  • No prior care experience necessary - full training provided

  • Availability to work alternate weekends and weekdays
