Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team at Holmes and Hills LLP. As an Interim Lawyer, you will play a key role in our fast-paced Conveyancing department, specializing in new build and shared ownership transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of New Build and Shared Ownership Division Leader to develop and implement effective strategies for managing a busy caseload.
  • Deal with shared ownership resales, interim and final staircasing, and remortgages, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Collaborate with other fee earners in the team to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to build trust and confidence.

Requirements

  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of experience in Conveyancing.
  • Proven track record of managing a busy caseload and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of new build and shared ownership transactions, with experience in dealing with financial arrangements related to property acquisitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
