Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team at Macro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure smooth operation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as necessary.
  • Provide professional and efficient Client Reception and Office Management support service.
  • Receive and welcome visitors, staff, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure provision of stationery and office supplies, consumables, and catering products.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail within and between offices.
  • Manage cleaning provider and general office conditions to the highest standard.
  • Initiate documented contractor/supplier/team meetings to maintain service excellence.
  • Conduct regular workplace and safety inspections to ensure compliance with Macro's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
  • Update site operations file to ensure all aspects of the Macro Facilities service are documented and current.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English Language, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate and able to use standard word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Familiarity with office network telephony systems.
  • Experience of working in a Facilities Management operation.
  • Previous experience of working in an outsourced contract environment.
