Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

Maze Recruitment Services Limited is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in Manchester City Centre. As a key member of the team, you will provide support to the Fee Earners, covering freehold and leasehold properties, and deliver a high level of client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Fee Earners with caseloads of residential sales and developer plot sales from instruction by the client to completion, with potential for assisting in purchase and refinance transactions
  • Prepare file opening forms and amend initial letters to send to clients
  • Closing files on Case Manager and ensure the paper file is also opened or closed, being on top of archiving and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using Case Manager and other relevant software.
