Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinical Nurse to join our team. As a Senior Clinical Nurse, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals and providing support to teams across a cohort of residential and supported living services. You'll work closely with Service Managers and teams to ensure they have the right skills and strategies to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of individuals and provide support to teams across a cohort of residential and supported living services.
  • Work closely with Service Managers and teams to ensure they have the right skills and strategies to deliver exceptional care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of practice and crisis management in order to support services and the people we support.
  • Assist in the formulation and delivery of health action plans and hospital passports.
  • Work alongside the referrals and operations team to assess and support the transition and move-in of identified supported people.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with an active PIN number.
  • Strong knowledge of person-centered care, preferably with experience gained in working with learning disabilities, complex behaviors, or forensic services.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people.
