We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Senior Java Solutions Architect to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding the development of robust and scalable software solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs. Your extensive knowledge in Java, along with frameworks such as JBoss Seam and build tools like Gradle/Ant, will be essential in designing and implementing effective software solutions that tackle intricate business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software development team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Java-based applications utilizing the JBoss Seam framework.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Design scalable and high-performance software solutions that comply with industry best practices and standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and compliance with coding guidelines.
  • Participate actively in the complete software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends within the Java ecosystem, offering insights for potential adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Lead Developer or equivalent position, with a solid foundation in Java development.
  • Expertise in the JBoss Seam framework and experience in developing web applications using this technology.
  • Strong familiarity with build automation tools such as Gradle and Ant.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Java programming or related technologies is advantageous.
