We're seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, inspiring and supporting staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, taking full responsibility in their absence.
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels, ensuring the store is always stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring the store meets its sales targets.
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the store is always clean and tidy, meeting the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with other store teams to achieve business objectives.
