About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Mechanic to join our team at Zoomo, a leading provider of commercial Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-bike fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our customers' LEVs, visiting customer sites as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering expert advice to both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the efficient operation of our e-bike fleet.
  • Lead and develop the mechanic team, sharing knowledge and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Work independently, upholding Zoomo's values and standards while on customer sites.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience repairing e-bikes, with a bonus for experience with e-cargo bikes, mopeds, and automobiles.
  • Strong workshop practices, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving approach and ability to learn on the job to repair a wide range of LEVs.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating with Zoomo teams worldwide.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license and/or CBT.
