Transforming Clinical Trials with Expert Project Management

Fortrea, a leading global contract research organization, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Project Manager to drive the success of our clinical trials. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading global project teams, managing client and internal communications, and ensuring project deliverables and core metrics are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Excellence: Lead global project teams to manage client and internal communications, timeliness, scope, risk, cost, and quality to ensure project deliverables and core metrics are achieved.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Teamwork Success: Foster collaboration across a diversity of teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
  • Risk Management: Apply your expertise to predict, identify, and mitigate risks, ensuring key milestones and metrics align with both Fortrea and client goals.
  • Client Satisfaction and Growth: Build strong sponsor relationships to ensure satisfaction and create opportunity for repeat business.
  • Financial Performance: Achieve financial targets by managing budgets, forecasting, revenue recognition, profit margins, and negotiation of change orders.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Clinical Research Expertise: At least 2 years of full regional/global oversight as a clinical Project Manager in a CRO or biopharmaceutical company.
  • Phase 1 and Phase Ib Experience: Familiarity with early-phase trials in healthy volunteers and patients and their fast-paced environment is ideal.
  • Financial Acumen & Change Orders: Strong international Phase I-III study budget management skills, with experience in forecasting, revenue recognition, and change order development and negotiation.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage globally dispersed teams and vendors, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and achieving core project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in critical path analysis and risk mitigation plans.
  • Client Relations: A knack for building client trust, resolving conflicts, and influencing decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification: A plus.
