Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Financial Controller to oversee the financial and regulatory compliance of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, managing financial systems and processes, and providing financial guidance to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Coordinate and lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support to finance team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws.

Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ICAS).
