Job Description

Assistant Manager Restaurant

As an Assistant Manager at Côte, you'll be responsible for leading our restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our management team to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate restaurant teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Work closely with the management team to drive sales growth and implement new initiatives
