Payroll Advisor Role

The Charalle Group is seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join our team. As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for providing payroll support to our clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure management of client payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the payroll team to ensure client payrolls are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Own and take responsibility for the client journey, delivering exceptional service and ensuring service excellence.
  • Provide expert payroll advice and guidance to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize the CRM to record client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with statutory and legislative compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in payroll, preferably at Administrator or Advisor level.
  • CIPP or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
