About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Crime and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to join our team at Capgemini.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial crime and KYC regulations, monitoring changes and updating company policies accordingly.
  • Analyze large sets of data to identify patterns and trends related to financial crime activities, conducting thorough investigations of suspicious activities and transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective KYC procedures and financial crime prevention measures, identifying and suggesting improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings from data analysis and investigations, maintaining comprehensive documentation of all processes, procedures, and changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial crime regulations and KYC requirements.
