Breakfast and After School Club Supervisor

Aston Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast and After School Club Manager to join their dynamic operational team in Hanwell, West London.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to lead our Breakfast and After School Club team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4, ensuring high-quality standards of care are consistently delivered, and maintaining compliance with Ofsted guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of 4 to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 4-11.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted guidelines and recommendations, maintaining the club's Outstanding rating.
- Observe and support the growth of 20+ children in play, implementing planning around learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, schools, and local authorities to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensure the setup of each session is visually appealing, age-appropriate, and tailored to children's interests.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
- Experience leading and motivating a team in a childcare or primary school setting.
- IT literacy in Microsoft 365 Suite.
