Job Opportunity: Finance Manager

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our dedicated finance team in a well-established manufacturing business based in Thorpe Park. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to take on a leadership role and drive financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee and review budgets for each business department, ensuring compliance with government regulations and legislation.
  • Manage financial transactions, ensuring proper recording, filing, and reporting.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop plans for financial growth and analyze market trends to maximize profits.
  • Supervise a team of accountants to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Examine financial reports and data closely to identify discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the finance department.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong ethics and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Great communication skills.
