Position Overview

Role Summary

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Head of Engineering, stepping into a newly established role designed to provide essential support to our expanding team.

Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with core delivery teams, ensuring seamless coordination throughout all phases of engineering initiatives while engaging with all relevant stakeholders. You will oversee technical aspects and facilitate project engineering through various communication channels, ensuring that progress aligns with established timelines and budgetary constraints. Collaboration with internal departments, including manufacturing, production, and research & development, will be key to your success.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in engineering, project oversight, and team leadership.

  • A higher-level degree in engineering or a related field, along with proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and service ticketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and their applications.
  • Expertise in contemporary technologies related to energy and the ability to leverage disruptive innovations.
  • Demonstrated technical qualifications relevant to the role, with a proven track record of introducing innovative products to the market.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate workflows and allocate resources effectively.
  • Experience in reporting and documentation practices.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with team members located in diverse geographical areas.
