Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate care professional to join our team as an Adult Care Trainer. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in passing on your knowledge to the next generation of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with adult care apprentices in their care homes and online to deliver high-quality training and support.
- Use your industry expertise to train the next generation of care professionals, focusing on functional skills and essential knowledge.
- Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs, providing tailored support and guidance.
- Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices' skills, helping to develop strong relationships with local businesses.
- Complete administrative and planning tasks, utilizing Google Suite and internal platforms and systems to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager level.
- A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar) and a good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
- Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
- A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
