Esta es una oportunidad para unirse a una firma de abogados galardonada, clasificada en el Legal 500, en el suroeste de Londres como Asociado en Gestión de Viviendas.
El equipo de Viviendas está en expansión y busca un Asociado experimentado para unirse a su equipo de Gestión de Viviendas.
El candidato ideal debe ser dedicado, bien organizado y estar comprometido con la entrega de un servicio de alta calidad a los clientes. Este rol implicará colaborar con Socios en reclamaciones significativas de gestión de viviendas, así como la comunicación con abogados y expertos.
El Candidato
- Abogado calificado NQ-3 PQE con experiencia en un entorno litigioso similar en gestión de viviendas
- Experiencia en la gestión de un caso de litigio de alta calidad
- Experiencia en el manejo de comportamiento antisocial, reclamaciones de posesión residencial, órdenes de injunción civil y reparaciones de vivienda es deseable
- Debe tener un excelente nivel de atención al cliente
- Debe poseer un alto estándar de razonamiento verbal y numérico
- Capacidad para analizar, evaluar y comunicar información de manera lógica
- Habilidades informáticas competentes
