Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer the internal control framework to ensure effective project governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the Project Governance and Control (PG&C) framework, ensuring compliance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and implement the risk management framework to identify and mitigate business risks.
  • Review, update, and manage the company's online risk management platform.
  • Facilitate the quantification of project risks at the tender stage of bids.
  • Identify and organize training on risk, governance, and compliance issues.
  • Facilitate the annual legislative compliance submission.
  • Project manage ad hoc minor improvement or change projects.

Requirements

  • Background in governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity.
  • Education to degree level or equivalent, or suitable experience.
  • Experience in successful involvement and facilitation of governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity management.
  • Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is highly desirable.
  • Rail experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with risk management terminology and techniques.
  • Experience in infrastructure project risk management and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) is highly desirable.
