Project Coordinator Job Description

This role is a 12-month contract position with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will support major programs, growth projects, and strategic campaigns/bids within Space Digital UK, US & Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain top-level and lower-level schedules, as well as Integrated Project Team (IPT) schedules.
  • Analyze project costs versus project forward load in conjunction with resource tracking/management on behalf of the Project Manager.
  • Track and analyze project risks.
  • Support management in consolidating data, making recommendations, and providing timely management reports.
  • Provide consolidated project reports to senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis, including special focus reports as needed.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for schedules and project reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
  • Experience in working within a Project Management framework, including scheduling, logic checking, Earned Value, and Risk Management.
  • Knowledge of planning best practices, such as logic linking/dependencies, resource scheduling, schedule health checks, critical path analysis, and work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Planning to stage boundaries and contingency planning.
  • Good understanding of Project Management methodologies.
  • Proficient use of MS Project Professional and Primavera P6 Professional.

This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
