Role Overview

As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, your primary focus will be on the support and maintenance of our network systems. You will engage in various projects and implement solutions while adhering to industry best practices and standards. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior team members and provide guidance to junior colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing our network infrastructure to meet security, high availability, and disaster recovery standards. You will collaborate with the Information Security Team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This position allows you to contribute to the development and security of new cloud platforms and systems, ensuring a reliable network for both staff and residents.

As part of a dedicated team of infrastructure specialists, you will deliver essential services that support our operations, including cloud solutions and on-premises technology.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming Camden's digital landscape through cloud technology. Your focus will be on the design, implementation, and support of Camden's corporate network. Staying informed about the latest technological advancements, both in cloud and on-premises solutions, will be crucial.

You will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, working independently and collaboratively to devise innovative solutions. Flexibility and adaptability in your work approach, along with excellent organizational skills, will be essential to manage a diverse workload. Proficiency in technologies such as Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Meraki Wireless, Palo Alto Firewall, and data center solutions is required.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as our Engineers collaborate closely with colleagues across various roles. We anticipate deep expertise in specific areas, alongside a broad understanding of multiple IT technologies.
