As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial controls of the business, financial reporting, and contributing to ongoing financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the operational finance function, including accounts payable and receivable processes, cost and inventory accounting, reconciliations, and aged debtor management.
* Produce monthly management accounts with commentary.
* Attend financial strategy and performance meetings with senior management.
* Ensure efficient and timely reporting of statutory accounts.
* Develop and implement digital accounting system processes.
* Mentor and develop one member of staff.

Requirements:

* Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or suitable vocational experience.
* Experience gained in a commercial environment, ideally hospitality, services, or an investor-backed business.
* Strong IT aptitude and ability to liaise with colleagues in and out of finance.
