CI Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CI Expert to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food France. As a CI Expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Coleford teams in the effective delivery of site volumes and productivity through the implementation of the Suntory Monozukuri Way (SMW).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a proactive safe working environment through behavioral safety and reviewing the workplace environment using SMW processes.
• Coach and mentor site teams on the use of SMW/TPM tools.
• Develop teams' ability to autonomously launch and use tools through training and employee development activities, living the Suntory spirit of Crafting People.
• Collaborate with other business units within Europe to support acceleration of the Suntory Monozukuri Way through fostering standardization of best practice sharing.
• Play a pivotal role in the sites' Improvement Pillars.
• Use data capture to ensure deployment of the correct improvement teams using the right tool for the loss.
• Support Autonomous Maintenance activities within manufacturing through the AM route.

Requirements

• Ability to work with minimal supervision to ensure provision of improvement activities.
• Application of TPM principles with a proven track record of TPM/Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• Methodology expert in AM, PM, 5S, Kaizen.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of process control systems.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong coaching and training skills.
