We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including measuring, take-offs, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to understand project requirements and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Organize and prioritize workload, ensuring timely completion of estimates and reports.
  • Work closely with the Head of Estimating to develop and implement estimating strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of measurement, take-offs, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in estimating software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
